Global runs the same chain as Works for buyers overseas, and puts a directory of production partners and a fabric list in front of it.
Delivery is to an address in Indonesia for now, such as a freight forwarder’s. To accept a quote you need an Indonesian postal code, province and phone number. We do not ship overseas yet.

Partner directory
Tailors, micro-hubs and small factories, each with the capacity, lead time and track record it reports.
Fabric sourcing
A fabric list with prices per metre. Fabrics you choose are kept in a sourcing list on your account.
A partner’s figures and any registration or certification are its own listing. Aksene has not verified them. The partners and fabrics shown are illustrative sample data from the prototype, not a verified network.
How an order runs
From estimate to shipment, the same chain makes every custom order. You pay half up front and the rest before it ships.
You
Look through the partner directory and the fabric list, and shortlist the partners you would like us to consider.
You
Build an itemised estimate, then send a brief: what to make, the pieces in each size and the date you need it by.
Aksene staff
The Hub works out what it costs and an account manager sets the price. Only that price can be accepted, and a deposit of half is required before any work starts.
Finance
Confirms your deposit by hand. Aksene chooses the tailor and raises a purchase order, which finance approves.
The Hub and the tailor
The Hub cuts the cloth, the tailor makes and trims the pieces, and the Hub inspects and packs them.
You
Pay the balance once the work is inspected. We ship after it is confirmed, to the address you gave in Indonesia, with a courier and a tracking number you can see.
