Works is how brands in Indonesia have clothing made, by the same tailors and finishing Hub that make Aksene’s own label. You send a brief, a person at Aksene prices it, and a deposit starts the work.
Every purchase order is approved by finance before a tailor sees it. A tailor’s pay comes from the quality check, and she can read and contest each deduction.
How a job runs
You
Choose a product type, a quantity and a fabric to see an itemised estimate. The estimate is a guide, not an offer, and needs no account.

Send a brief: what to make, the pieces in each size and the date you need it by.
Aksene staff
The Hub works out what it costs, and an account manager sets the price and a ship date. Only that price can be accepted.
You
Accept within 14 days and give the address. A deposit of half is required before anything starts.
Finance
Confirms your deposit by hand. No cloth is cut before it is confirmed.
Aksene staff
Choose a tailor and raise a purchase order. Finance approves it, and never the person who raised it.
The Hub and the tailor
The tailor accepts. The Hub cuts the cloth, she makes and trims the pieces, and the Hub inspects and packs them.
You
Pay the balance once the work is inspected. We ship after it is confirmed, with a courier and a tracking number you can see.
Who it is for
Brands in Indonesia that want clothing made in a run, to their own design.
It is also where any change to an Aksene design is made. Studio does not take custom requests.
