Terms of sale
How buying from Aksene works: stock orders, custom quotes, payment and delivery.
1. Who we are and what this covers
Aksene sells released articles from stock (Studio) and makes custom work to quote (Works and Global). These terms cover purchases and quotes made on this site. Contact: support@wearaksene.com.
2. Accounts
You may order with an account, using an email address or an Indonesian mobile number and a password, or sign in with Google. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
3. Studio orders
Studio pieces are sold from stock at the price shown, in rupiah. Prices are checked on our server when you place the order; the figure in your browser is not what is charged.
You pay by bank transfer to the account shown after you order, quoting your order reference. Pay within 24 hours. An order is confirmed when our staff see the transfer, not when you press the button. An unpaid order may be released back to stock.
4. Custom work
Custom work starts with a quote. Once you accept it, a deposit of 50% is due by bank transfer. We start production after the deposit is confirmed. The balance is due before we ship. A quote shows its price and its expiry date; after the expiry it may change.
5. Delivery
For now we deliver to addresses in Indonesia only. Delivery times shown are estimates of working days after the parcel ships, not promises. Give a complete address and a reachable phone number; a courier needs both.

7. Your rights as a consumer
These terms do not limit the rights Indonesian consumer protection law gives you, including Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection (UU No. 8 Tahun 1999). If a term here conflicts with that law, the law applies.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; an order is governed by the terms in force when you placed it. The laws of the Republic of Indonesia apply.
